The Best M&M Monster Cookies with Peanut Butter

These soft M&M Monster Cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, smooth peanut butter, and oatmeal that will be enjoyed by everyone!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup m&m candies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla together until well combined. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add in the peanut butter and mix well. Stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, and M&M's to the mixing bowl.
  • Drop large tablespoons full of dough onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-14 minutes.
