Copycat Starbucks Tarragon Chicken Salad Recipe

This Copycat Starbucks Chicken Salad recipe is loaded with shredded chicken, crunchy celery, sweet grapes, and all tossed in a tangy tarragon dressing. This homemade version brings all the creamy, savory goodness right to your kitchen!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 12-ounce canned chicken, drained or leftover shredded chicken
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries or quartered grapes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tarragon powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • If using, take your canned chicken and drain it in a colander.  Be sure to shred any large chunks with a fork or your fingers to create a consistent texture for mixing.
  • In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, diced celery, and grapes (or dried cranberries).  
  • Add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and seasonings to the bowl and mix the chicken mixture well.  
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve the chicken salad on croissants, whole wheat bread with fresh lettuce leaves or simply eat it with crackers. Enjoy!
