Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
To your prepared baking dish, pour in your rinsed uncooked white rice. Add in your cream of chicken soup and chicken broth and stir well.
Place your chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture and sprinkle the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add your broccoli florets around the chicken breasts and rice.
Sprinkle 1 whole packet of onion soup mix over the top of the chicken, broccoli, and rice mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it into the oven. Bake it covered for 55 minutes.
Once your timer is up, remove the chicken from the oven, and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tops of the chicken, broccoli, and rice.
Place your baking dish back into the oven, uncovered, and allow the cheese to melt for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
