- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 8 oz cream cheese block, softened
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning packet or homemade
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 cups shredded cheese, divided mozzarella, cheddar, Monterey jack
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Add your chicken breasts to the dish and season them with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a large skillet, cook 5 slices of bacon over medium-high heat. Place cooked bacon on a paper towel-lined plate. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Chop your cooked bacon and mix the bacon crumbles into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the creamy ranch mixture over the tops and sides of the chicken breasts. Top the mixture with the remaining shredded cheese.
Place into your preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with green onions if preferred. Serve over penne pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, or with a fresh green salad. Enjoy!
