My favorite kitchen tool to make this Brioche French Toast, is to use an electric skillet.  You can fry 6 slices of brioche at one time, making this super fast and efficient!

Not only do I add ground cinnamon to the batter mixture, but I love to sprinkle extra cinnamon over the tops of the brioche bread while it's frying in the electric skillet
