The Best Baked Fish Tacos with Crispy Broccoli Slaw

These easy fish tacos are loaded with flavor and are the perfect solution to busy weeknights. This easy summer dinner idea is ready in under 20 minutes!

Combine the smoky and sweet rub seasonings together in a small bowl.

Pat dry your favorite fish and drizzle with olive oil.  I'm using cod for it's availability and mild taste.

Sprinkle the seasoning rub over the fish fillets and rub into the fish on all sides.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the fish is nice and flaky.

Take a spatula or a fork and being to 'chunk' your fish into large pieces.

Combine the broccoli slaw ingredients together in a bowl and top your fish tacos with the slaw.
