These easy fish tacos are loaded with flavor and are the perfect solution to busy weeknights.  Top  off with a crispy broccoli slaw, and dinner's ready in  20 minutes!

In a small bowl, combine all of the seasonings for your rub and set aside.

Add some olive oil to your fish fillets (I love cod or halibut!) and rub all sides of the fillets.

Take your seasoning blend and equally distribute it over the tops of  your fish and rub in with your hand, ensuring you get the sides of the  fish too.

Cook the fish fillets in a 400 degree oven for 15-17 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish.

Take a spatula or fork and begin to ‘chunk’ the pieces of fish into  larger pieces. I prefer larger chunks of fish over smaller ones.
